More Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend labelling distinct sections of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.

More materials released as part of the current investigative release.
